Description

You'll coordinate reconditioning operations at Carvana's Inspection Center, overseeing new hire orientation, maintaining rosters and schedules, communicating key initiatives, and organizing employee engagement events. You'll collaborate with leadership, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth site operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 18+ years old with valid driver's license
• No more than two moving violations in last three years or DUI
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Responsibilities

• Own post-employment of new hires including I-9 verification, orientation, and first-day email
• Facilitate new hire orientation; maintain site rosters and schedules
• Prepare and execute communication plans for key operations initiatives or events
• Collaborate with leadership teams, internal stakeholders, vendors, and partners
• Manage and provide oversight for employee engagement events
