💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits and assist with daily operations to meet sales targets. Your fandom knowledge will drive add-on sales and you'll step up when the manager is away.

• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to navigate store, use equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds
