You'll join the Reputation team at Airbnb, responsible for reviews, superhost recognition, and standards enforcement across a global two-sided marketplace. Your work will shape how review data is collected and stored, building a company-wide review platform from its early stages. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to design scalable backend solutions and influence technical strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deliver high-quality products with cross-functional partners
• Define technical strategy and lead architecture for review flows
• Build reliable, performant, and scalable backend solutions
• Align stakeholders across teams on technical direction and roadmaps

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of full-time experience in software engineering
• Proven track record defining technical direction for large-scale production systems
• Experience with service oriented architecture
• Proficiency in backend server languages (Ruby/Java/Kotlin) and storage systems

• Experience with Agentic Coding tools
• Breadth of knowledge in reviews and metrics domain
