Description

You will work from home as a telepsych therapist, building caseloads quickly. Collaborate with prescribers and a team of therapists to provide high-quality mental health care, with regular staffing meetings and full autonomy in patient care.

Requirements

• Fully licensed as LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD
• Willing to obtain licenses in other states
• Significant prior clinical experience preferred
• Experience with diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ and transgender community desired
• Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy via telehealth
• Collaborate actively with psychiatric prescribers and other therapists in a team format
• Participate in monthly clinical team meetings to discuss patient cases
• Manage caseload with rapid growth and full schedule flexibility
• Coordinate care between psychiatric and counseling providers
