💼 About This Role

You'll coach school leaders on performance management and drive a high-accountability culture in K-12 schools. You'll shape strategic HR initiatives that directly impact student outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach leaders on performance gap identification and support plans.
• Use Just Culture Rubric for disciplinary actions.
• Monitor adult culture through school site presence.
• Manage employee relations investigations within 5–10 days.

📋 Requirements

• 5–7 years of HR or Organizational Development experience.
• Knowledge of federal, state, local employment and workers' compensation laws.
• Track record as HR Partner in a multi-site organization with 500+ FTEs.
• Ability to travel frequently to KIPP SoCal schools.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a Charter Management Organization (CMO) or K-12 education.
• Deep commitment to anti-racism standards.
• Valid California Driver's License.
