💼 About This Role

You'll join the PDI Fuel Management team to provide fuel inventory management and accounting services for outsourced customers. You'll monitor tank readings, plan deliveries, and resolve vendor invoice exceptions to ensure smooth fuel operations. This role combines customer service responsibilities with fuel accounting tasks, offering a unique blend of operational and financial work.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor customer tank readings and plan fuel deliveries
• Adjust delivery schedules based on market direction and fuel levels
• Resolve vendor invoice exceptions and dispute errors
• Manage vendor payments and ensure timely processing

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of dispatch or fuel accounting experience
• Microsoft Office suite proficiency
• Legal authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship

✨ Nice to Have

• Petroleum experience is preferred
• Ability to multi-task and make financial decisions in a fast-paced environment
