💼 About This Role

You'll ensure operational integrity and daily operations of Crusoe Cloud modular data centers, mastering both mechanical/electrical troubleshooting and server/network maintenance. You'll manage high-voltage electrical distribution and fiber network infrastructure for AI workloads. This role sits at the intersection of heavy infrastructure and high-performance computing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor data center operations and HVAC performance.
• Perform daily and weekly preventative maintenance on systems.
• Diagnose and repair fiber network and server hardware issues.
• Manage contractors and vendor relationships.

📋 Requirements

• Proficient knowledge of IT systems and network infrastructure.
• Understanding of Transformers, PLCs, Generators, UPS, and HVAC.
• Experience with data trending and EPMS/BMS monitoring systems.
• Expert knowledge in industrial safety (LOTO, NFPA 70E, OSHA).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a mission-critical environment (data centers, hospitals, power plants).
• Certifications like CompTIA Network+, BICSI, or electrical/HVAC licenses.
• Experience with industrial control systems and PLC programming.
