Description

You will provide compassionate, evidence-based care to women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife transitions in a virtual-first setting. You'll have dedicated time to listen, educate, and personalize care, supported by expert protocols and a collaborative team.

Requirements

• Active NP license in at least one U.S. state
• Prescriptive authority as NP
• National board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar)
• 3+ years recent NP experience in Primary Care, Women's Health, or Gynecology
• Proficiency with technology and telehealth platforms

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth consultations for women in midlife
• Implement evidence-based protocols for menopause and perimenopause
• Prescribe medications and order labs as needed
• Coordinate care with clinical team and care coordinators
• Document patient encounters in EMR
