🎯 What You'll Do

• Train and improve the website AI assistant for personalized user experience.
• Develop and maintain content governance strategy for the AI assistant.
• Create and distribute performance reports on conversational marketing efforts.
• Propose and implement A/B tests to optimize key performance indicators.

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing with analytics or content management.
• Proven experience creating and presenting performance reports to stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Direct experience managing and training AI-powered chatbots or virtual assistants.
