You'll support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and building a passionate team in a pop culture-focused retail environment. You'll drive store objectives through recruiting, development, and operational excellence. This role offers the chance to work with music and pop culture merchandise in a fast-paced mall setting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative, passionate team.
• Create buzz and customer engagement through promotions and social media.
• Manage operations including shrink/loss prevention, payroll, and scheduling.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail store management experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Communication, recruiting, and operations skills (payroll, scheduling, merchandising).
• Ability to navigate store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
