You'll own the vision and roadmap for Customer Success Management applications, shaping customer lifecycle workflows and digital tools that drive measurable customer outcomes. This role bridges Customer Success, Operations, and technical teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Define product vision, roadmap, and backlog for CSM applications
- Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Partner with operations to plan sprints and prioritize development work
- Design and optimize customer success workflows across lifecycle
- Support release planning, communication, and stakeholder alignment
๐ Requirements
- 3โ5 years experience in SaaS, CS Operations, or Product Ownership
- Experience with Customer Success platforms like Gainsight
- Ability to translate business processes into system requirements
- Experience in Agile environments with backlog management and sprint planning
โจ Nice to Have
- Gainsight administration or certification
- Salesforce CRM experience
- Data analysis skills and understanding of data structures
