💼 About This Role

You'll drive launch excellence and accelerate adoption of PROCEPT Robotic Systems across a strategically important territory. Your leadership will directly influence the success of each launch and long-term system utilization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead launch excellence and drive system adoption in high-opportunity hospitals
• Partner with Marketing and Clinical Specialists to onboard physicians
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas through procedural volume growth
• Build surgeon champions and KOL relationships to accelerate penetration

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 8+ years in medical sales, Urology / OR preferred
• Startup or strategic sales experience (high-growth MedTech preferred)
• Ability to travel upwards to 75% (primarily domestic)
