Description
As Director, Marketing Analytics, you will bridge growth strategy and technical data stack, building frameworks to measure success and leading a team of analysts to transform raw data into actionable insights. You'll optimize marketing spend, improve customer acquisition, and drive retention.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Science with several years in leadership
- Expert-level SQL and Python/R; proficiency with Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
- Deep experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and CRM data (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Strong grasp of statistical concepts: significance testing, regression analysis, experimental design
- Proven track record in SaaS or B2B marketing analytics with knowledge of MarTech Ecosystem
Responsibilities
- Develop long-term vision for marketing analytics ensuring data infrastructure supports business goals
- Design and manage multi-touch attribution models and Media Mix Modelling
- Lead development of predictive models like churn propensity and lead scoring algorithms
- Champion a test-and-learn culture with geo-holdout tests, A/B testing, and multivariate experiments
- Partner with growth team to allocate multi-million dollar budget effectively
