You'll lead academic and recreational activities for KIPP SoCal students in before/after school, summer, and intersession programs. You'll develop hands-on enrichment experiences that support academic, social, and emotional growth. This role offers immediate impact and career development in education.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide academic assistance and recreational programming in small groups
• Develop and implement academic, recreational, and enrichment activities
• Supervise students to ensure safety and program organization
• Maintain daily attendance records and submit data on time

📋 Requirements

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience working with elementary or middle school students in an academic or recreational setting
• Ability to lead student groups in activities with high priority on safety
• Commitment to a regular shift during the instructional year with specific hours

✨ Nice to Have

• AA degree or at least two years of coursework at a four-year college
• Experience in recreational sports, multimedia, art, dance, theater, robotics, or yearbook
