Description
You will lead the FP&A function during a defining growth phase, building best-in-class planning infrastructure and serving as a strategic advisor to senior leadership. You'll drive data-driven decision support and instill public company rigor ahead of a potential IPO.
Requirements
- Proven FP&A leadership experience in a high-growth technology company.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Ability to partner with senior leadership and drive enterprise value.
- Familiarity with public company readiness processes is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the financial model and planning infrastructure for decision support and scenario planning.
- Drive continuous improvement of FP&A systems, tools, and processes for scalability.
- Spearhead AI strategy and automation in the finance stack.
- Establish rigorous monthly and quarterly forecasting with variance analysis.
- Lead the annual operating plan and develop mid-term and long-range plans.
