You'll drive testing strategy and execution across Workday implementations and enhancements. Your focus is ensuring Workday solutions are fully validated and business-ready before go-live. This high-impact role partners with functional leads and client stakeholders to coordinate testing across HCM, Payroll, and more.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end testing strategy for Workday implementations and releases
• Develop and manage testing plans for SIT, UAT, and payroll parallel testing
• Coordinate cross-functional test coverage aligned with business processes
• Lead UAT execution including business user coordination and defect tracking

📋 Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in testing, QA, or Workday delivery roles
• Hands-on Workday implementation testing experience
• Strong understanding of Workday business processes in HCM or Payroll
• Experience with UAT coordination and defect management

✨ Nice to Have

• Workday functional experience (HCM, Payroll, Time, Absence, Benefits)
• Experience with test management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
• Experience supporting global or multi-country deployments
