You'll own the sales operating system that powers Altruist's growth, embedding a buyer-centric funnel into Salesforce and driving predictable, scalable performance. This role sits at the intersection of process, tools, and people, focusing on building systems and discipline around how teams sell.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Execute the Altruist Sales Playbook across all client-facing teams
  • Turn the buyer-centric funnel into concrete stage definitions and exit criteria
  • Operationalize meeting models like VBRs and OGGC in CRM fields
  • Build onboarding and training programs tied to real sales behavior

πŸ“‹ Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Sales Leadership
  • Proven ability to drive adoption and behavior change across sales teams
  • Strong process design and program management skills
  • High level of analytical fluency with funnel metrics and productivity data

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience enabling sales teams selling to financial advisors or RIAs
  • Experience using LLMs and AI agents (e.g. Glean) to improve sales workflows
  • Background in high-growth, product-led companies with evolving GTM motions
