💼 About This Role

You'll join a short-term fellowship in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metroplex to support communities lacking ABA services due to BCBA shortages. As a BCBA, you'll make a drastic impact on children's lives and your career. This role offers paid relocation and loyalty bonuses up to $30,000.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and ensure adherence to clinical quality standards.
• Monitor and analyze patient data to adjust treatment plans.
• Partner with caregivers to implement ABA strategies at home.

📋 Requirements

• Master's Degree and ABA coursework approved by BACB.
• BCBA certification or within 3 months of taking the Boards.
• Experience working with children with autism and related disorders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
