💼 About This Role

You'll be the second support hire at E2B, owning the front line for technical customer issues across cloud and SDK products and becoming the critical bridge between customers and engineering. Your core impact is reproducing bugs, reading sandbox logs, and isolating root causes before escalating, while also owning public documentation and closing recurring gaps the same week.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Triage incoming customer issues across Dashboard, email, Slack Connect, and Discord.
• Reproduce reported bugs against the E2B SDK and sandbox runtime.
• Read logs and traces, correlate with platform metrics to locate problems.
• Write fixes for documentation, examples, and SDK error messages.
• Own the docs site, keeping it accurate alongside engineering releases.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in technical support, customer engineering, or developer support at a cloud/PaaS/DevTools company.
• Strong Linux fluency – comfortable on a shell, reading logs, and reasoning about networking.
• Comfortable in Python and TypeScript – reading SDKs, writing reproduction scripts, patching docs.
• Strong written communication – tight, scannable, technically precise async replies.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting an SDK or API product with usage-based pricing.
• Familiarity with virtualization or container isolation models (systemd, tcpdump, DNS, routing).
• Past contributions to open-source projects, especially in developer-tools or AI agent ecosystem.
• Experience using AI agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, Vercel AI SDK).
