💼 About This Role

You'll join the SRE team to ensure reliability and scalability of the telematics platform serving millions of drivers. Your core impact includes monitoring production infrastructure with tools like Datadog and participating in on-call rotation for incident response.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve SRE-related requests and issues from stakeholders
• Monitor production infrastructure using Datadog, PagerDuty, and CloudWatch
• Perform regular production changes like service updates and AMI patching
• Create and update runbooks for repetitive tasks

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or certification
• 2+ years of experience in software engineering, SRE, or IT systems administration
• Entry to mid-level programming skills in at least one language, preferably Python
• Entry to mid-level knowledge of AWS services

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with infrastructure-as-code platforms like Terraform
• Experience with Linux operating systems (Ubuntu, Amazon Linux) and applications (NGINX, Cassandra)
• Familiarity with compliance requirements and endpoint security
