Description

Join a team of creative technical experts who partner with customers to ensure their success. You will collaborate with customer analytics teams and BrazeAI colleagues on implementations including use case definition, data integration, pipeline setup, and ML model configuration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS, Data Science, Math, Engineering or related; Master's or PhD preferred
• 3-5+ years experience as Data Scientist or ML Engineer with large-scale data and production environments
• Proficient in Python (Pandas), ML libraries (TensorFlow, Keras, scikit-learn, CatBoost, XGBoost), SQL
• Strong engineering practices: Git, CI/CD, testing, type-hinting, code reviews
• Customer-facing or consulting experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customer Analytics/BI teams on implementations
• Extend product capabilities by improving architecture and developing reusable data pipelines, APIs, and components
• Work closely with RL pipeline development team to refine reinforcement learning algorithms
• Contribute to shaping BrazeAI product strategy through customer insights
• Provide ongoing technical expertise for customer adoption and success
