• Develop and execute Community Impact strategy aligned with mission, brand, and CRA goals
• Manage external partnerships with philanthropic and nonprofit organizations
• Lead publication of annual Sustainability Report with cross-functional coordination
• Integrate donations and sustainability objectives with CRA initiatives

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 8+ years of similar experience required
• Experience with crisis communications and issues management required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

• Familiarity with financial services or sustainability sectors
