You'll provide crisis accommodation support to individuals experiencing homelessness in a 24/7 facility. You'll ensure a safe and supportive environment while offering trauma-informed care and referrals. This role includes sleepover shifts and requires a commitment to ending homelessness.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide crisis counselling and referrals to residents.
• Maintain casework records and document risks.
• Monitor facility dynamics and respond to incidents.

📋 Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification in human services.
• Experience delivering services to clients with complex needs.
• Understanding of housing and homelessness policy.
