🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and document production processes including testing and safety procedures.
• Interface with quality team for root cause corrective action investigations.
• Design and implement tooling and equipment for production.
• Lead continuous improvement using lean tools (5S, value stream mapping).

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or aerospace engineering.
• 5+ years of professional engineering experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of fluid and structural mechanics fundamentals.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes for aerospace materials.

• Master's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or aerospace engineering.
• 8+ years of manufacturing engineering experience with fluid components.
• Experience with turbomachinery and combustion device assembly testing.
