Description

You will support the onboarding process for retirement plan conversions, reviewing fund lineups, preparing applications, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining client data in CRM systems. This role requires collaboration across departments to ensure timely transitions and exceptional service.

Requirements

• Understanding of mutual funds, stable value funds, CITs, and ETFs trading and settlement
• Experience with collaboration, project management, and CRM tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira)
• General knowledge of ERISA rules and requirements
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage client expectations
• Proactive and analytical problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Review and identify issues with potential fund lineups
• Prepare Fund Applications for third-party fund companies
• Coordinate with Implementation Managers and Investment teams for plan transitions
• Update, maintain, and review client data within CRM systems
• Support creation and maintenance of written operating procedures
