You'll lead and evolve the quality engineering function at a SaaS platform for food retailers, ensuring speed, reliability, and continuous improvement. Partner with Engineering and Product to align quality goals with delivery timelines.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of Quality Engineers across product squads
• Define and drive quality engineering strategy and best practices
• Build and scale automation frameworks across web, API, and mobile
• Champion shift-left testing and CI/CD integration

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years experience in Quality Engineering or Test Automation
• 3+ years leading or managing QE teams
• Hands-on expertise with Cypress, Karate, WebdriverIO, and Node.js frameworks
• Solid understanding of SaaS architectures and CI/CD pipelines

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B SaaS or multi-tenant platforms
• Background in retail or supply chain technology
• Experience modernizing QE organizations from manual to automation-first
