🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor infrastructure using Grafana, Nagios, and internal dashboards.
• Handle alerts and incidents, perform initial triage and escalation.
• Provide Tier-1 support for production systems and services.
• Leverage AI tools for log analysis and root cause analysis.

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in NOC or infra monitoring roles.
• Basic Linux skills including CLI, processes, and networking.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Grafana or Nagios.
• Understanding of incident management and alerting tools.
