💼 About This Role

You'll own high-performing paid acquisition campaigns and work directly with the CMO to double down on growth. You'll scale campaigns to 3x+ budget and execute 0-to-1 testing in new channels like TikTok and Snapchat. This role is hands-on with a focus on creative iteration and data-driven optimization at an elite AI startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own paid acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Google)
• Run high-velocity testing on creatives, audiences, placements
• Monitor performance daily with Voluum, GA4, dashboards
• Build scalable acquisition funnels with aggressive growth targets

📋 Requirements

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition
• Managed $300K to $1M+/month in paid media spend
• Full ownership of campaign execution and optimization
• Analytical fluency with GA4 and Voluum
