Description

You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 0-8 with Autism Spectrum Disorders in home, community, and clinic settings. Implement behavior support plans, collect data, and document progress to help clients acquire skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

Requirements

• RBT Certificate through the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• One year experience with children with IDDs preferred
• Commitment to reliable, compassionate care
• CPR/FA certification

Responsibilities

• Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction procedures per treatment plan
• Establish effective, supportive relationships with clients and families
• Document interventions and progress accurately and timely
• Collect behavior data as specified in client support plan
• Review data and progress reports to strategize program improvements
