💼 About This Role

As Senior Director of Medical Affairs, you'll define and execute the medical strategy for oncology products across midsized European markets. You'll serve as the medical voice within the Midsized Markets Leadership Team, ensuring scientific excellence and alignment between global strategy and local patient needs. This role offers the opportunity to build and lead a regional medical team within a late-stage clinical oncology company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee medical strategy for oncology products across midsized European markets.
• Lead scientific exchange with key opinion leaders and academic institutions.
• Provide medical leadership on evidence generation and publication plans.
• Build and recruit country Medical Affairs teams for expanding operations.

📋 Requirements

• Advanced degree (MD or PhD) required.
• 10+ years experience in Medical Affairs with country leadership track record.
• Strong oncology background and experience supporting product launches in Europe.
• Proven value and benefit assessment experience with understanding of midsized markets access.
