You'll provide outpatient therapy services in patients' homes with 1:1 patient care and minimal admin work. Flexible scheduling lets you choose your own hours and take time off without approval.

• Provide 1:1 outpatient physical therapy in patients' homes
• Document patient visits via phone call (minimal admin)
• Schedule visits flexibly with no productivity requirements
• Deliver care within a 30-minute drive of your location

📋 Requirements

• State-specific PT license
• Reliable personal transportation
• Liability insurance
• CPR/BLS certification
