You'll generate new business opportunities for our Account Executives by prospecting and qualifying leads via phone and email. You'll focus on targeting HR decision-makers in companies with 50+ employees. You'll use Salesforce CRM and sales tools to manage your pipeline.

  • Prospect and qualify new leads via phone outreach
  • Present Swile's solution to HR targets via phone and email
  • Book qualified meetings for Account Executives in the West region
  • Manage CRM pipeline and follow up on leads proactively
