Description

You will drive data operational excellence within the Data Operations team, ensuring integrity, completeness, and quality of CRM data. You'll develop and implement procedures for data cleansing, governance, and cross-functional integration to support sales and marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5-8 years as a technical data steward with expertise in Data Governance Policies, Processes, and Tools
• Experience with Salesforce, Excel, and 3rd party data tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, DB) and data cleansing tools (e.g., Ringlead, DemandTools, Openprise, LeanData)
• Strong attention to detail and focus on standardized best practices
• Understanding of marketing and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR)

Responsibilities

• Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Identify data quality issues and collaborate on improvements
• Execute data acquisition, validation, and enrichment for Accounts, Leads, and Contacts
• Integrate data from marketing automation and sales platforms with Salesforce
• Propose and implement data governance solutions for CRM data management
