Description

As an early career Trial Attorney at Alexander Shunnarah, you will manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury cases from intake through trial. You'll conduct litigation activities, communicate with clients, and advocate in jury trials with the support of a dedicated team.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in applicable state
• Active bar membership in good standing
• Trial advocacy or moot court experience strongly preferred
• Exceptional communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of ~150 cases with ~50 in active litigation
• Conduct depositions, draft motions, lead mediations
• Serve as lead counsel in jury trials
• Maintain proactive client communication
