🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead content portfolio strategy and execution for compliance training
• Manage and scale a team of instructional designers and developers
• Define instructional design standards and assessment methodologies
• Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, and engineering

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in instructional design or learning content strategy
• Proven experience managing large-scale content libraries
• Strong leadership managing instructional design teams
• Deep expertise in ADDIE, SAM, adult learning theory
