💼 About This Role

You'll drive broker-sourced pipeline by activating and scaling relationships across our partner ecosystem. You'll own broker relationships end-to-end, sourcing and qualifying high-quality opportunities. This role is the connective tissue between broker partners and go-to-market teams, ensuring broker influence is leveraged throughout the sales cycle.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Proactively source and qualify opportunities from broker networks.
  • Drive consistent broker-sourced pipeline through structured outreach.
  • Activate and scale relationships with assigned broker partners.
  • Enable brokers on ideal customer profiles and referral best practices.

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, channel, or broker-focused roles.
  • Demonstrated success in unlocking broker networks and sourcing pipeline.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with senior broker stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
