Description

You will scale ClickHouse's accounting function from strong foundations to IPO-ready by building processes, implementing systems, and developing a high-performing team. You'll oversee day-to-day accounting operations, own the close process, and partner cross-functionally to drive strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience at a high-growth technology or SaaS company
• Mix of Big 4 and corporate accounting experience
• Experience with NetSuite

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations
• Own and improve monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Build and evolve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Lead financial audits and coordinate with external auditors
• Drive systems improvements including software implementations and automation
