💼 About This Role

You'll partner directly with enterprise customers to architect and deliver AI-powered solutions using Writer's platform and LLMs. You'll transform complex business challenges into tangible applications, driving customer success and influencing the product roadmap. This hybrid role is based in the London hub, working with a dynamic team to push the boundaries of generative AI.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with enterprise customers to identify AI use cases and validate feasibility
• Architect and deliver custom applications leveraging Writer's platform and APIs
• Translate technical concepts into prescriptive solution recommendations
• Collaborate with internal teams to influence product roadmap
• Develop scalable processes for technical integrations

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical SaaS roles with at least 3 years in solutions architecture
• Deep technical fluency in Python and extensive API experience
• Proven track record architecting solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises
• Exceptional communication and executive presence
