You'll lead contract review, drafting, and negotiation for a mission-driven knowledge organization, focusing on SaaS, vendor, and licensing agreements. You'll strengthen compliance processes and advance legal technology including AI tools to streamline workflows. This role combines hands-on legal work with strategic process improvement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts including SaaS and licensing agreements
• Identify legal, regulatory, privacy, and operational risks and propose solutions
• Support compliance initiatives for data privacy and vendor management
• Maintain contract templates, clause libraries, and compliance documentation

📋 Requirements

• JD degree with active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 3–7 years of experience in contract review or commercial transactions
• Strong knowledge of SaaS, technology, or data-related agreements
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts independently
