Description

You will act as the primary accountable lead for a strategic Global Banking account, translating C-level vision into realized P&L impact. Your role involves architecting large-scale transformation programs, identifying strategic value, driving execution across multiple streams, and scaling best practices within the Capital Markets practice.

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant experience in top-tier Investment Banking, Asset Management, or Custody with Strategy Consulting
• Deep understanding of Capital Markets, including trade lifecycle, KYC/AML, and regulatory compliance
• Proven ability to build board-level business cases and present to C-level executives
• Experience in program leadership for large-scale transformations
• Familiarity with Celonis platform or similar Process Intelligence technology

Responsibilities

• Identify, frame, and quantify strategic value opportunities aligned with banking metrics
• Orchestrate multi-stream execution of transformation programs across divisions
• Drive digital twin agenda and manage interconnected process complexity
• Mobilize global cross-functional teams and guide CoE maturation
• Codify Capital Markets best practices and mentor team members
