📋 Requirements

• experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems
• strong technical problem-solving skills in ambiguous environments
• builder mindset with high agency and creative obstacle overcoming
• comfort working directly with customers to solve real-world problems

✨ Nice to Have

• experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production
• founding engineer or founder experience
• familiarity with React, TypeScript, and/or Go
