Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 8+ years of HR experience
• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred
• Proficiency with HRIS systems (Dayforce preferred)
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly Excel

Responsibilities

• Provide HR consultation to a specific market
• Partner with business leaders to execute HR strategies
• Navigate complex employee relations including investigations
• Manage compliance with federal and state employment laws
• Support cyclical HR processes (performance management, compensation planning)
