You'll support the Head of Strategy Operations on initiatives spanning People and Care, turning leadership priorities into clarity. You'll map workflows, define metrics, and document improvements in a cross-functional, hands-on role. This is a Builders Program role at Saudi's first FinTech unicorn.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Map end-to-end workflows in People and Care functions
• Define metrics with stakeholders for leadership tracking
• Support design of dashboards and operational reporting
• Identify process improvements and socialize changes
• Prepare concise analyses and readouts for faster decisions

📋 Requirements

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or similar
• Structured thinking — organizing ambiguous topics into clear steps
• Comfort with data — Excel/Google Sheets required
• Clear communication — tailored for operators vs executives

• AI fluency — using AI tools for analysis and synthesis
• SQL or similar for repeatable analysis
• Arabic language skills
