Description

You will lead the AML compliance team at Coupang Taiwan, developing and refining AML processes to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Your role involves team management, internal and external communication, and overseeing daily AML operations such as name screening, KYC, and transaction monitoring.

Requirements

• 7-10 years AML, banking, or internal control experience
• Proven experience leading teams and managing projects
• Skilled in process development and cross-departmental collaboration
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Establish and refine AML processes, including SOPs
• Oversee AML team performance and development
• Manage internal and external communications with vendors
• Perform AML daily operations: name screening, KYC, transaction monitoring
• Review first-stage KYC results and provide guidance
