💼 About This Role

You'll monitor and inspect transportation and infrastructure construction projects for compliance with plans and specifications. You'll build strong working relationships with contractors and project owners while ensuring safety and quality. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Inspect roads, bridges, culverts, sewers, and other infrastructure
• Perform concrete, soil, and asphalt testing
• Conduct level circuits and quantity calculations
• Mentor junior inspectors and maintain records

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of construction inspection experience
• High School diploma (degree preferred or equivalent experience)
• IDOT certifications (or ability to obtain shortly after hire)
• Proficiency in testing and surveying equipment
