💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end production of Primary's annual Summit and run 25-30 curated dinners and roundtables per year. You'll manage sponsor relationships and build the operational systems that keep everything running cleanly. This role sits at the intersection of relationship management, production discipline, and network curation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Produce Primary's annual Summit end-to-end
• Design and execute 25-30 curated dinners and roundtables
• Manage sponsor and partner relationships day-to-day
• Own vendor relationships: AV, venue, catering, production

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in event production, experiential, partnerships, or program management
• Experience managing large-scale programs like multi-day conferences
• Proven ability to run small, curated events with high design rigor
• Experience holding sponsor and partner relationships
