You'll join EquipmentShare's Distribution Center team for Summer 2026, working to improve warehouse operations. You'll gain hands-on experience in inventory accuracy and process improvement through data analysis and cycle counts. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Pick and pack orders
• Perform cycle counts on selected SKUs
• Identify root causes of inventory mismatches
• Propose fixes for process improvements
