You'll own and optimize the end-to-end Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) at Qualtrics, bridging strategy and execution. Your core impact is ensuring every stage from discovery to maturation is efficient, predictable, and high-quality. You'll partner with senior leadership to drive operational excellence across product, UX, and engineering.

• Own the PDLC program and surface strategic information for launch decisions.
• Manage lean governance and stage-gate reviews for fast decision-making.
• Maintain prioritized product roadmap and provide executive-level reporting.
• Lead cross-functional syncs to manage dependencies and resolve blockers.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in business operations, program management, or process improvement.
• 5+ years working in a SaaS Product, Tech, or Engineering organization.
• Experience running enterprise-level programs.
• Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
