💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end recruiting for production, operations, and software roles at a technology-first manufacturing startup. You'll partner with hiring managers to shape hiring strategy and drive 3× growth in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct full-cycle recruiting for production, operations, and software roles
• Partner with hiring managers for intake, sourcing, and offer negotiations
• Build and maintain a network of passive candidates through research
• Refine hiring processes to improve interview-to-offer ratios

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years sourcing and engaging talent, or Bachelor's degree with 1+ year recruiting experience
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• High attention to detail and ownership mindset
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities

• Experience recruiting in startup or high-growth environments
• Ability to scale recruitment processes from the ground up
• Familiarity recruiting machinists, composite technicians, or similar roles
