In this role, you'll step into real problems and make things better, faster, and more scalable for CitySwift's performance optimisation platform. You'll take ownership of outcomes, make decisions, and help shape workflows in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Requirements

• Previous software engineering experience
• Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript
• Strong understanding of modern CSS and browser Web APIs
• Experience with a JavaScript framework such as React, Vue, Svelte, or Angular
• Demonstrated empathy for design and UX best practices

Responsibilities

• Write clean, well-documented JavaScript/TypeScript code
• Implement quick fixes when necessary
• Learn and work with new libraries and frameworks as needed
• Share opinions and ideas to improve processes and workflows
• Embrace new technologies and approaches as the company evolves
